Drink-Silky Way: A new collapse beer from Jing-A

Last October, Italian Craftsmen Vetra made a tap takeover of Jing-A’s Xingfucun Location, and now they have joined forces again to create an exciting new beer and build on their successful collaboration from last year’s Silky Way. Inspired by Italy’s post-dinner drink sambuca and pomegranate juice found on the streets of the Peking, this combines this upgraded version of Silky Way Star anise, coffee beans and pomegranate in a stubborn base. The result is a complex, yet balanced brewing with notes of licorice, mocha and pomegranate. The beer was officially launched last Friday (Mar 14) and is available at all Jing-A locations.
