After the rather unusually cold weather last weekend, we are definitely happy to see that the weather for this Qingming Holiday weekend is set to be much warmer. So what better way to celebrate spring heat than with some new seasonal foodie offers around the capital?
Great jumping
A little while ago Great Leap launched some new spring dishes, including Skip ginger chicken (RMB 88/HALF, RMB 158/HEL), a spectacle on the classic Chinese bowl paired with pickled vegetables and mushrooms. They also added a number of great vegetarian options including Crispy mushrooms -fees (RMB 38), Fried cauliflower wings (RMB 38) or for the more health conscious, one Green House Salad (RMB 32). On their Lido -branch they now brought back The green machine pizza (RMB 95/12 “, RMB 115/16”), which is filled with greens and mozzarella cheese.
Municipality
We mentioned earlier this year that the Commune had launched a spring menu that included fresh offers as Municipality Peking Duck Pizza (RMB 119), made in collaboration with Peking Duck Stalwart Dadong, and Drawn pork pizza (RMB 119). There were also two new burgers – a Smoked breast burger (RMB 158) and Drawn pork burger (RMB 88) and an abundance of other dishes. Now they have just announced a few more spring offers, including Municipality toasted chicken with black riceAt Slowly boiled beef and spinach salad and Italian beef balls. La Copa
The Spanish restaurant La Copa has recently added some new offers to be welcomed this spring. There is one Burrata salad It pairs creamy burrata with fresh fruit and Jamón IbéricoA refreshing Tuna tartarSmoked Grilled cauliflower and Grilled Wagyuthat contains the M5 Wagyu Beef Oyster Steak topped with a parsley sauce.

Zarah celebrates the warmer weather with a spring brunch on the coming Sunday (April 6). They offer their alt-you-can-eat buffet brunch with some spring specials to welcome the season as Fresh Vietnamese summer rolls, Rainbow Veggie Tortilla Rollsand Salmon and radish bruschetta with spring onions, Along with their usual range of cold cuts, cheeses, freshly baked bread, cakes and more.
Spring brunch runs from 10am to 14:00 and costs RMB 228 for the all-you-can-eat buffet; RMB 388 for buffet plus three hours of free-flow beer, wine, sparkling wine and special cocktails; or RMB 98 for entry for children aged 6-12 (children under 6 are free). Healthy Food Spot Tribe recently launched their spring menu, and this year the focus is on creating different dishes that mix Chinese and Western flavors. All the new dishes are gluten -free.
